Class Choices

Monday 1pm (45 minute class). 

A major part of the class will be practiced while sitting in chairs. Standing yoga poses might be added, leaning on a wall, a chair or a countertop for support.  We aim for close communication with class participants to allow for personal adjustments and safe practice. 

Participants will sign in on Zoom a few minutes before each class. You will need to be set up with a sturdy chair and options for standing support.  It would be best have a yoga block and a yoga strap

Tuesday 8:30 am (1 hour class). 

This is a gentle- to moderately- paced class. Participants should sign in a few minutes before class begins via the Zoom Link provided.

If possible, you should have one or even two yoga mats, two yoga blankets, 2 yoga blocks and a yoga strap on hand for each class.

Time varies (1 hour class). 

Log in and join from the comfort of your home. Have your mat and props ready to go.

Enjoy a yoga session in your home. Heide will travel to locations within 1/2 hour distance. Up to three people are included in the session price.

Join Heide for a class in her cozy home studio. This can be with a group or individual classes.
